The European SOciety for COmputer Preservation

Esocop has been established in 2015 by a bunch of retrocomputers passionates in Switzerland, Italy and Deutschland.
Esocop is a non-profit organization registered with CHE-454.658.421 at Swiss commerce register.


 We try to restore and maintain active and working an huge amount of old computers that made the history of the information technology.

We have two missions:

  • To show people the evolution of information technology through the use of the original computers, keeping them working and making exhibition in our virtual and physical museums, and in the most important European events.

  • To feed the community with informations, manuals, documentation, software, and anything would be helpful to keep the historical computers working, or simply to restore them.

    • We actually preserve and maintain 664 different computer models.
